Description :
A user whom I have previously banned at both the English and Catalan Vikidia, has now turned attention to the Basque (Euskara) site. He is creating many, many accounts and is uploading random files - he has done this in the other Vikidia I mentioned too. There are also multiple IPs possibly associated to this user, which could be proxy or tunnels.
I used to hold temporary admin permission to this site, but I find I no longer have it, so I presume it's expired. Could a Global sysop or admin please deal with these accounts and shut them down? Also, could I please have my temp admin permissions renewed for eu.vikidia? The community is very small, and it needs attention and expansion. A local request for perms would not work due to the low userbase. Thank you :)
Addition: To see the users I'm referring to, this link takes you to the site's user creation log - all the names start with "Basti" or "Bastian". [1]

- Hello @ DaneGeld, thank you for your request. I've suppress the uploaded images. I didn't block the user accounts, firstly because they didn't make any changes since one month, secondll because I don't know for which reason block them. However, if another sysop wants to block, don't hesitate. —

- Hi @ Bulest85 - Thanks for your help in clearing the images. The reason to block would be for spamming and ban evasion. This user has so many faux nez that he's impossible to keep track of. He has accounts on at least 4 of the Vikidia sites, and every time he's blocked or wants to avoid being blocked, just makes a new account. His first two accounts are banned on both en.vd and ca.vd, where I admin. Who do I speak to, so I can get admin permission back to the Basque Vikidia? Would that be a Bureaucrat? Thanks!
