GHSC-PSM worked together with the Ethiopian government structures at different levels to efficiently and effectively distribute over 4.1 million long lasting insecticide-treated nets (LLINs) in four regional states of the country in less than two months. Fatima Mohammed Ali is very happy that she went to receive the nets from the health post in her village and she did not waste time to receive the nets. She said it was fast and the health extension workers were very courteous. GHSC-PSM together with the Amhara regional state government organized orientation and planning sessions involving health extension workers to ensure effective distribution of nearly 1.5 million nets in Amhara State.
