Cette page recense les candidatures reçues et validées pour l'élection du Conseil d'Administration pour la période 2021 - 2022. Il n'est plus possible de candidater depuis le 20 octobre. L'élection à commencé le 10 novembre au soir, et se terminera le 20 novembre à 16 h 00. Seuls les adhérents à jour de cotisation peuvent voter. Un candidat est élu si et seulement si il récolte plus de la moitié des suffrages exprimés.

Bonjour. Je présente aujourd'hui ma candidature au conseil d'administration de l’association Vikidia.
Je contribue à la version francophone de Vikidia depuis mars 2016 où je suis administrateur et bureaucrate. Mes contributions portent essentiellement sur la rédaction d’articles, la maintenance et la patrouille. Dans la vraie vie, je suis originaire du Congo-Brazzaville et je suis âgé de 22 ans. J'ai rejoint la France il y a environ 2 mois dans le cadre de mes études supérieures. Je parle couramment le français et j’ai un bon niveau en anglais.
J’aimerais rejoindre le CA de l’association de Vikidia pour aider au mieux l’encyclopédie à se développer. Ayant vécu toute mon enfance et tout mon adolescence en Afrique, je pense que je pourrais être utile au sein de l’association. Ma présence au sein du CA apportera sans doute une diversité à Vikidia tant sur le plan stratégique de l’association que sur le contenu même de l’encyclopédie. Je me crois capable de travailler en équipe et je pense avoir une assez large ouverture sur le monde.

Hello. Today I am applying for the board of directors of the Vikidia association.
I have been contributing to the French version of Vikidia since March 2016 where I am an administrator and a bureaucrat. My contributions focus on writing articles, maintenance and patrolling. In real life, I am from Congo-Brazzaville and I am 22 years old. I joined France about 2 months ago as part of my graduate studies. I am fluent in French and have a good level in English.
I would like to join the board of Vikidia's association to help the encyclopedia as best as possible to develop. Having lived all of my childhood and adolescence in Africa, I think I could be of service to the association. My presence on the board will undoubtedly bring diversity to Vikidia both on the strategic plan of the association and on the content of the encyclopedia itself. I believe myself capable of working in a team and I think I have a fairly wide openness to the world.

Je propose à nouveau ma candidature au conseil d'administration de Vikidia.
Ayant créé Vikidia, j'en ai été président avant Plyd et Galdrad.
Compte tenu du renouvellement du conseil d'administration, j'espère pouvoir aider à la transition et à la montée en compétence des nouveaux membres du conseil d'administration.
L'essentiel est d'assurer les fonctions de base de l'association : l'hébergement des wikis, le travail technique et le financement.
Ensuite il s'agit autant que possible d'élargir petit à petit un recrutement de membres de l'association, puis de son CA, pour assurer une bonne gestion et accueillir les initiatives des membres.

I apply to be part of the conseil d'administration (board) again.
Having created Vikidia, I was the president of the association, before Plyd and Galdrad.
In the context of a turn-over in the board, I hope I can help with the transition and to increase new members's capacity in running the association.
The most important is for the association to take charge of the core charge it has : hosting the wiki, technical work and subsidies to pay for it.
Secondly, the aim should be to recruit more members, then potential members of the board, to ensure a good running and welcome the members intiatives.

Salut à tous! Je m'appelle Ferdinando Traversa et j'ai 16 ans. Je suis un lycéen et j'édite des projets Wikipedia et Wikimedia depuis 2013. J'ai aussi quelques contributions sur Vikidia.
Actuellement, je suis coordinateur local bénévole pour les Pouilles à Wikimedia Italie. J'ai dirigé l'organisation de divers projets avec des lycéens et des enseignants et étudiants de l'Université de Bari. De plus, je coordonne les efforts pour organiser l'édition locale des Pouilles de Wiki Loves Monuments. Je faisais également partie de l'équipe d'organisation de base pour itWikiCon 2021, où nous avons parlé de di-i-grado Vikidia parmi divers autres sujets.
J'ai été sollicité par certains membres de la communauté italienne car je suis assez jeune mais très actif dans la gestion de projet et donc je pourrais donner un point de vue jeune mais toujours informé au conseil d'administration de Vikidia. Ici, je suis! :)
Vikidia est un très bon projet pour que les enfants commencent à gagner en confiance avec des concepts aussi difficiles que le contenu encyclopédique et le balisage wiki. Je serais heureux de le voir grandir et d'aider avec cela.

Hi everyone! I'm Ferdinando Traversa and I'm 16 years old. I'm an high school student and I've been editing Wikipedia and Wikimedia projects since 2013. I've a few contributions on Vikidia, too.
Currently I'm serving as volunteer local coordinator for Apulia at Wikimedia Italy. I've lead the organization of various projects with high school students and teachers and students of the University of Bari. Furthermore, I coordinate the efforts to organize the local Apulian edition of Wiki Loves Monuments. I also was part of the core organizing team for itWikiCon 2021, where we talked of Vikidia among various other topics.
I've been asked to candidate by some members of the Italian community as I'm quite young but very active in project management and therefore I could give a young but still informed perspective to the Vikidia board of directors. Here I'm! :)
Vikidia is a really good project for children to start gaining confidence with such difficult concepts as encyclopedic content and wiki markup. I'd be happy to see it grow and help with that.

Je suis Galdrad. Pour la deuxième année de suite, je candidate au CA de l'association Vikidia.
Membre du bureau depuis 2020, j'ai assuré la fonction de président de l'association Vikidia dès ma première année dans le CA. Cette année comme président a vu un grand accomplissement avec la signature d'un partenariat avec Wikimédia France qui, grâce à l'important réseau de contacts de cette dernière et à sa force de frappe médiatique, accroit les perspectives de développement de Vikidia en plus de lui fournir un soutien pérenne qui était désiré depuis longtemps.
Je n'ai aucune intention de m'arrêter en si bon chemin. Je représente ma candidature afin d'améliorer ce partenariat, qui n'en est qu'à ses débuts, dans les intérêts de Vikidia, de son développement tout en préservant son indépendance. J'accorderai une attention particulière à la recherche de diversification des sources de financement. Je désire également opérer un rapprochement avec d'autres chapters Wikimedia, dont notamment un qui est déjà en cours avec Wikimedia Italia. J'ai un bon relationel pouvant aider à de tels rapprochements et je reste à l'écoute en permanence aussi bien de mes collègues du CA que des simples membres de l'association ou contributeurs de Vikidia. Enfin, de manière un peu plus secondaire mais non moins essentielle et en me basant sur cette première année d'expérience, j'envisage de mettre en place des structures documentaires afin d'aider n'importe quel arrivant au CA à s'intégrer et à pouvoir adopter une vision d'ensemble de possibilités dans l'association.

Hello everyone, I am Galdrad. For the second year in a row, I am a candidate for the Board of the Vikidia association. Member of the board since 2020, I served as president of the Vikidia association from my first year in it. This year as president has seen a great accomplishment with the signing of a partnership with Wikimedia France which, thanks to the latter's important network of contacts and its media strike force, increases Vikidia's development prospects in addition to provide a long-lasting support that has been desired for a long time.
I have no intention of stopping here. I represent my application in order to deepen this partnership which is only in its early stages in the interests of Vikidia, of its development while preserving its independence. I will pay particular attention to research more funding sources for the purpose of diversification. I also wish to develop relationship with other Wikimedia chapters, including one that is already in progress with Wikimedia Italia. I have a good interpersonal skills that can help in such relationships and I always listen to my colleagues on the Board as well as to simple members of the association or contributors to Vikidia. Finally, in a slightly more secondary but no less essential way and based on my first year of experience, I plan to set up documentary structures to help any newcomer to the Board to integrate and be able to adopt a general vision of possibilities in the association.

Je suis Giacomo Alessandroni (it:Utente:Galessandroni) et l'année dernière j'étais au conseil d'administration de Vikidia, comme suggéré par Matteo Ruffoni.
Je suis bénévole Vikidia depuis 2020 et dans l'environnement Wikimedia Italia depuis 2004.
Au cours de cette année, j'ai initié plus de 50 étudiants à l'environnement Vikidia : ils ont participé à un projet intitulé "Adopter un élément chimique". Maintenant, la Vikidia en italien a compilé un tableau périodique complet et mes étudiants ont également écrit la biographie de plusieurs scientifiques au cours de ce projet.
Donc, à mon avis, Vikidia est un environnement où tout le monde peut grandir dans tous les sens.
À propos de moi, je suis un ingénieur électricien avec un doctorat en Sciences de la Terre, Sciences de la Complexité ; mon domaine de recherche est le traitement numérique du signal. J'enseigne (et j'adore le faire) l'électronique et les télécommunications à ITIS "Enrico Mattei" à Urbino.

I'm Giacomo Alessandroni (it:Utente:Galessandroni) and last year I was at Vikidia board, as suggested by Matteo Ruffoni.
I've been a Vikidia volunteer since 2020 and in the Wikimedia Italia environment since 2004.
During this year I have introduced over 50 students to the Vikidia environment: they have participated in a project named "Adopt a chemistry element". Now Italian Vikidia has a fully periodic table compiled and the students of mine have also written the biography of several scientists during this project.
So, in my opinion, Vikidia is an environment where everybody can grow up in each sense.
About me, I am an electrical engineer with a Ph.D. in Earth Science, Complexity Sciences; my field of research is Digital Signal Processing. I teach (and I love to do it) Electronic and Telecommunications at ITIS "Enrico Mattei" in Urbino.

Contributeur depuis 2014, je candidate aujourd’hui pour la troisième fois au conseil d’administration de l’association Vikidia. J’ai été trésorier sur la période 2019-2020, et depuis l’année dernière je suis simple membre du conseil d’administration, sans pour autant m’être désintéressé de l’aspect financier de Vikidia.
Je suis fier du mandat qui s’achève, qui a enfin pu aboutir à un partenariat stratégique et financier avec Wikimédia France, idée que j’avais défendue lors de ma première candidature au CA en 2019. Même si nous devons rester prudents, ce partenariat étend nos capacités financières et nous offre un bon point d’appui pour développer la notoriété de Vikidia auprès de notre public cible.
Je souhaiterais continuer à travailler sur un approfondissement de ce partenariat, sans renier notre indépendance et notre identité. Je désire faire de Vikidia une référence reconnue, en développant notamment un Vikiconcours annuel des collèges au niveau national, sur le modèle de celui qui avait eu lieu dans l’académie de Grenoble en 2013. Si la création de ce projet ambitieux sera longue, et ne se concrétisera probablement pas pendant le mandat, l’existence de ce dernier me semble impossible sans le support de WMFr.
Vikidia a aujourd’hui une vision et une ambition sur le long terme, et je suis honoré d’avoir fait partie de ceux qui y ont contribué. Beaucoup reste à faire, notamment au niveau technique, mais je sais qu’ensemble nous allons y arriver !

Contributor since 2014, I am now running for the third time for the board of directors of the Vikidia association. I was treasurer for the period 2019-2020, and since last year I have been a simple member of the board of directors, without being disinterested in the financial aspect of Vikidia.
I am proud of the term that is coming to an end, which has finally been able to lead to a strategic and financial partnership with Wikimedia France, an idea that I defended during my first candidacy for the Board of Directors in 2019. Even if we must remain cautious, this partnership expands our financial capacities and gives us a good fulcrum to develop Vikidia's notoriety among our target audience.
I would like to continue working on deepening this partnership, without denying our independence and our identity. I want to make Vikidia a recognized reference, in particular by developing an annual Viki competition for colleges at the national level, on the model of the one that took place in the Grenoble academy in 2013. If the creation of this ambitious project will be long, and will probably not materialize during the mandate, the existence of the latter seems to me impossible without the support of WMFr.
Vikidia now has a long-term vision and ambition, and I am honored to have been one of those who made it happen. Much remains to be done, especially at the technical level, but I know that together we will get there!

Bonjour, aujourd'hui, je pose ma candidature en tant que membre du Conseil d’Administration de l’Association Vikidia.
J'ai déjà fait un peu plus de 18 000 contributions depuis mon inscription sur le wiki et je suis actuellement administrateur (du wiki en français) et modificateur de filtre. En tant qu’administrateur, je supprime notamment les pages inutiles et bloque les vandales. En tant que modificateur de filtre, j’ai déjà fait quelques filtres anti-erreur afin de détecter les erreurs de nouveaux et améliorer les filtres anti-vandalismes pour limiter les dégâts des vandales. Je contribue sur le wiki depuis l’âge de 10 ans (je suis inscrit depuis 2011) et le wiki m’a toujours intéressé car son contenu est simple et souvent compréhensible.
Je souhaite devenir membre du CA afin de proposer des idées d’amélioration pour le wiki et m'impliquer pour les réaliser et de notamment travailler sur des projets d'évolution des infrastructures techniques du site, et d'aider à la gestion du projet.
Dans la vraie vie, je suis actuellement étudiant à l’ENSISA (une école d’Ingénieur) en spécialité Informatique et Réseaux, j’y suis entré après mes 2 années de prépa. J’ai des compétences en Python, HTML, PHP et d’autres langages et j’ai aussi quelques compétences avec Bash.

Hello, today I am applying as a member of the Board of Directors of the Vikidia Association.
I have already made a little more than 18,000 contributions since my registration on the wiki and I am currently administrator (of the wiki in French) and abusefilter editor. As an administrator, I notably delete unnecessary pages and block vandals. As an abusefilter editor, I have already done some anti-error filters to catch new errors and improve the anti-vandals filters to limit damage from vandals. I have been contributing to the wiki since I was 10 years old (I have been registered since 2011) and the wiki has always interested me because its content is simple and often understandable.
I would like to become a member of the Board of Directors in order to propose ideas for improvement for the wiki and get involved in carrying them out and in particular to work on projects for the development of the technical infrastructures of the site, and to help in the management of the project.
In real life, I am currently a student at ENSISA (an engineering school) specializing in Computer Science and Networks, I entered after my 2 years of preparatory school. I have skills in Python, HTML, PHP and other languages and I also have some skills with Bash.

Je vous présente ma candidature au sein du conseil d'administration de Vikidia. Je suis présent sur le wiki depuis 2008, et occupe depuis plusieurs années différents rôles (administrateur, bureaucrate, ou encore administrateur système). Mes contributions se portent ces dernières années presque exclusivement sur la partie technique (gestion des modèles, filtres, administration des serveurs ...).
Je souhaite continuer le travail fait ces dernières années sur la partie financement, et établir potentiellement de nouveaux partenariats. Également, en temps qu'administrateur système, pouvoir expliquer aux autres membres de l'association et du CA les besoins côté hébergements serveurs ainsi que les différents outils que nous utilisons. Par ailleurs, je souhaiterais pouvoir proposer à certains membres actifs de la communauté ayant des compétences de pouvoir nous rejoindre et nous aider à faire fonctionner les serveurs de Vikidia.

I present to you my candidacy for the board of directors of Vikidia. I have been present on the wiki since 2008, and have occupied different roles for several years (administrator, bureaucrat, or system administrator). My contributions in recent years have focused almost exclusively on the technical part (management of models, filters, server administration ...).
I want to continue the work done in recent years on the financing part, and potentially establish new partnerships. Also, as a system administrator, being able to explain to the other members of the association and the board of directors the server hosting needs as well as the various tools we use.
