The scene is depicted as the office of Kaiser Wilhelm II, who sits at his desk. The background shows trophy pictures of sunken ships the Lusitania, Gulfight, Falada and Cushing. The door is busted off its hinges, suggesting Uncle Sam forced his way in to deliver the message. |
